Lori bought her '97 HD Sporty 883 for her45th birthday, without knowing how to ride. But with a little help from a couple of friends and the motorcycle training course, it was no time at all before she was cruising the open highway . With so much going on in her life, she found riding, thinking about nothing except of the power and roar of the engine between her legs and watching the scenery go by, is the best stress reliever. She joined WITW in early 2002 after learning about the group over the Internet
She has lived in Palatka for many years, after living in various places across the southeast. Most of her time now is spent on her 2 1/2 acres, taking care of her son, 2 greenhouses and a yard full of plants. In her spare time, she handcrafts stained glass windows to brighten/beautify private homes and businesses and you might even find her exhibiting at an art show.
