Melissa Larson
Melissa is 49 yrs old and has been riding for 5 years. Husband Dave and friend Dianne encouraged me to get my own. Dianne also introduced me to WITW Silver River and I joined as soon as I got my first bike. I ride, and will always ride a Kawasaki ZRX 1200 R, in the fast colors black w/ purple. There is nothing like riding, the world melts away. Id like to ride every day. I love hanging with the Silver River Ladies. Riding with the chapter is always fun and different. Sometimes we get lost and sometimes we are on a mission and sometimes we just talk.
As part of WITW I have seen the acceptance of every woman no matter who they are and it truly is a sisterhood. Each individual has something to offer. Dave and I enjoy taking off on their bikes to discover new places around Florida. We have a 21 year old daughter that will have her first bike this summer. I also enjoy gardening, reading and visiting art museums.
