The Silver River Chapter meets every first Thursday of the Month at 7:30 PM. Our meetings are brief and are used to meet new members and take care of business matters. We have a scheduled monthly ride and are always open to suggested destinations. We have ridden to Cedar Key, St. Augustine, De Leon Springs, Tarpon Springs, Daytona, Flagler Beach, High Springs, Micanopy, A Sink Hole near Gainesville, and many other places. One of our most memorable trips so far was an adventure to Mexico Beach by way of Tampa. Our coldest ride (39 degrees) was in January when we rode to see the Manatees in Blue Springs. Our wettest ride was to Tampa and back in a torrential downpour. Our best-attended ride was to the Russell Stover Candy outlet. We are women, you know. Join us on one of our rides.
